Mobility refers to movement of the body, both while it is stationary (slipping, dodging, etc.) and to transfer the body from one location to another. It is a highly important trait to develop, and it encompasses footwork as well as ground mobility, transitioning from standing to ground and from ground to standing, changing positions while grappling, and moving between ranges of combat. Good mobility requires balance, agility, speed, coordination, timing, and the ability to gauge distance.
